Daven's 1st Soccer season came to an end over mother's day weekend as well. Daven was so proud of his trophy. Mike has issues with everyone winning, and we've had many conversations about his. But for successfully hanging in there, we both thought the kids deserved trophies. It was fun to see how proud they were.
Here is coach Mike with the final three kiddos from the team. David, McKenzie, and Daven. By the 2nd game of the season, these three were all that were left. One player broke her elbow (not during a game), one didn't want to play when it was game-day, and so forth. They got pretty tired since we didn't have any subs to use and it was SOO hot outside. They were troopers for playing the whole game. Way to go TIGERS!!
